Zaar Guitars Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a guitar from Zaar Guitars.

Our mission is to provide you with a high-quality instrument that you can enjoy for many years. We stand behind our products and offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers your guitar against defects in materials and workmanship.

Our warranty covers your guitar for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace any part of the guitar that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with your original purchase receipt and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your guitar for repair or replacement.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity. Any modifications made to the guitar will also void the warranty. 

Zaar Guitars warrants that its musical instruments are free from defects in materials and workmanship for this period under normal use, provided that the instrument is owned by the original purchaser. Zaar Guitars also warrants its pickups and pickup systems for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear or breakage of frets, strings, nuts, saddles, batteries, or other damage due to normal wear and tear, including controls, switches, jacks, plated surfaces, tuning devices, pickguards, or finishes, and other non-manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not apply to subjective personal likes or judgments, asserted defects or damage caused by modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, or improper maintenance of the instrument, or damage to the instrument caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, body salts or acids, guitar straps, or guitar stands or hangers. The obligations of Zaar Guitars are limited to repair or replacement of parts of the instrument or pickup found to be defective under this limited warranty.

Zaar Guitars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or property damage. Zaar Guitars reserves the right to modify its instruments, parts, and pickup systems without incurring any responsibility to modify or replace parts or products to meet prior specifications.

This warranty does not cover shipping damage, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, or use with incompatible accessories or attachments. Zaar's limited warranty is the sole warranty with regard to musical instruments only and is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose.
